Why do your hours say 6:30pm - till?

We open every night at 6:30pm and will stay open until you the customer has had enough. We will be open till at least 10pm but if the line keeps going so will the show.

Is it outside?

Both inside and outside.

Is it scary?

Yes! The Haunted House of Horrors has a lot of surprises! It can be toned down for younger audiences and it is not recommended for young kids, people with heart conditions, women who are pregnant and persons who are prone to seizures.

What if I’m too scared to finish?

If you make one of the actors aware of it you will be escorted out of the Haunted House of Horrors through one of the special exits. All sales are final and there are no refunds for not finishing.

How many people go at a time?

In most cases you will go through in groups of 2 or 3. This is done for 2 reasons. #1 is safety. The fewer the people at one time the easier it is to navigate the hallways of the Haunted House of Horrors.

Can we take pictures or use flashlights?

No, no pictures or video is permitted inside the house as well as any flashlights. Any violation of this rule may cause you to be removed from the Haunted House of Horrors without a refund.

Will anyone touch me?

No person will touch you and we expect you not to touch them. It is dark in a lot of place and you may bump into things so watch your step!

Do you have food or drinks available?

We do have Maxies Ice Cream which has a full menu of ice cream, sundaes, shakes and smoothies. We will also have season items such as cider and doughnuts, toys, pumpkins and much more!

Do you have group discount and how much is it?

We do offer group discounts for the Haunted House of Horrors and they very on the size of the group. It is suggested to call ahead to we can set that up and expect your arrival to limit your wait time.
